Ginger Kisses I think these are better than the brought ones
cream
330g olivine (doesn't work if you use butter)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup castor sugar
then add and beat
2 eggs
1/2 cup golden syrup
2 tbsp water
slowly add
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
chill in fridge then roll into balls place on tray
cook 10 to 12 mins at 180C
allow to cool on tray before moving
wait until they are very cool before icing
filling
beat together until creamy add vanilla or golden syrup for and extra flavour
6 tablespoons butter or olivini
6 tablespoons icing sugar
6 tablespoons hot water
