Coffee Banana Cake

 This is my twist on the Edmonds Banana Cake recipe
Cream

4 oz butter or Olivani

6oz sugar

Then Add

2 eggs

1 tsp coffee

2 mashed bananas

1 teaspoon baking powder

8 ozs flour

1 cup of chocolate chips or drops


2 tablespoons of milk boiling with 1 level teaspoon baking soda stirred in, it will froth up

Bake 180 c for about 35 mins in greased tin


To test if its cooked use the knife test

Allow to cool

ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top

this recipe also makes great cup cakes

looks good with cream in the middle and chocolate icing
